Job Summary
The company is currently hiring Business-to-Business (B2B) Outbound Sales Representatives to join its successful sales team. These professionals will offer connectivity and entertainment products such as high-speed data, video, and VoIP solutions to B2B customers. B2B Outbound Sales Representatives act as solution specialists, demonstrating a strong understanding of business services and technology, assessing consumer needs, and recommending appropriate products and packages. They are responsible for maximizing sales on every call while effectively communicating the features and benefits of the company's products and services.

Responsibilities
- Initiate and close sales with business customers for company products and services.
- Create proposal documents highlighting the return on investment for both the customer and the organization.
- Develop action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and project contact volume.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from field activity.
- Identify sales prospects and engage assigned accounts.
- Maintain sales materials and stay up to date with current product knowledge.
- Establish and nurture client relationships, demonstrating company values in all interactions.
- Manage accounts through quality checks and follow-ups.
- Identify and resolve client concerns while protecting business interests.
- Respond professionally to inquiries via email and other communication channels, educating clients on available product options.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, with a focus on fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 years of proven success in B2B or consumer sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation.
- Proficiency in PC skills.
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or a minimum of 60 college credits, 3 years of sales experience, military experience, or technical/trade school certification.
This position operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time, though hours may be subject to change.
