Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sr. Strategy & Operations Specialist to drive our retail growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, strategy, and operations, preferably within the telecom industry, and will play a key role in enhancing the profitability and efficiency of our retail stores. Based on your experience and evolving business needs, you could be focused on sales planning, revenue growth projects, retail business analytics and strategy, and / or program support.

Youll leverage your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive the profitability of the retail sales channel. Your recommendations are based off data, and you can be agile in designing, executing, and prioritizing solutions that drive results. This role reports to the Manager of Retail Strategy & Capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Growth Projects :

Manage internal revenue growth projects from conception through implementation.

Collaborate with sales leaders on monthly goals and regular sales planning and evaluation.

Drive profitability of retail stores by identifying and implementing cost-saving measures and operational efficiencies.

Manage stakeholder expectations with clear KPIs, milestones, deadlines, and roadmaps.

Collaborate closely with the retail sales team and / or cross-functionals to set and achieve goals
