As a Small to Medium Business (SMB) Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of their mission, working directly with business owners to deliver best-in-class connectivity solutions. Your role will be key in building relationships, identifying needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance business success.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation – Identify potential customers within assigned field territories through community engagement, market research, and lead lists.
- Sales & Solution Customization – Understand customer needs and craft tailored telecom solutions, including internet, TV, mobile, and voice services.
- Product Expertise – Stay up to date with the latest offerings and pricing to serve as a trusted advisor.
- Sales Presentations & Deal Closure – Deliver compelling sales pitches, overcome objections, and successfully negotiate contracts.
- Relationship Management – Provide exceptional post-sales support and build long-term customer partnerships.
- Collaboration & Teamwork – Work with internal teams to refine strategies and achieve collective goals.
- Compliance & Documentation – Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
Your Qualifications should include:
Minimum:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of field sales experience in the SMB market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems.
- Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver’s license, and satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to work full-time, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Preferred:
- A results-driven sales mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
- Deep understanding of mobile and fixed-line telecom products and services.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools, CRM systems, and sales applications.
