As the Senior SMB Account Executive will be responsible for selling a full suite of branded products and services to small and medium-sized businesses. This includes Internet, Phone, TV, and Managed Services. This role involves acquiring new customers, expanding relationships with existing clients, and promoting bundled solutions to ensure the best fit for business needs.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays ahead of industry trends, and consistently exceeds sales targets.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Sell internet, phone, TV, and managed services to SMB clients, focusing on new customer acquisition and expanding services for existing accounts.
- Work strategically assigned leads each month to maximize sales performance.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance objectives.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead management in the company database.
- Generate new leads through prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure all sales orders are accurate, complete, and submitted properly.
- Stay informed about competitors’ products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Take a consultative sales approach to understand business communication needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage an assigned sales territory, developing business partnerships and brand presence.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects to exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal technical, customer service, and support teams to drive customer satisfaction.
- Participate in required sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops.

Your Qualifications should include:
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3-5 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience, with a focus on cold calling and new customer acquisition.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
