As a Talent Acquisition Team Lead at People Science, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of full cycle Recruiters dedicated to a large client team focused on hiring within the telecommunications industry.
Your duties may vary and can include:
- Manage and lead your team of Recruiters and Sourcers focused on hiring for Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and Business Ops roles in the telecommunication industry
- Provide coaching and mentorship to your team, helping them improve sourcing, screening, and hiring strategies.
- Conduct regular check-ins and use Hiregate to track recruiter performance and remove roadblocks.
- Foster a collaborative team culture that encourages knowledge sharing and innovation.
- Work directly with our clients to build relationships and trust
Serve as a liaison between recruiters and Senior HR/TA leadership at the Client level. - Manage your own requisitions including: sourcing, phone screening and submitting candidates to hiring managers
- Share ideas and concerns with the Client Service Manager and Recruiting Directors
- Utilize the People Science methodology and our proprietary software, Hiregate for all recruiting activities
- Ensure effective use of client's ATS, Hiregate, and other recruiting tools to enhance productivity.
- Leverage data analytics from Hiregate and the Client's ATS to optimize sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Lead weekly team meetings to learn and share
- Work with the PS Leadership team to complete weekly reporting for the Client
- Provide feedback and recommendations to streamline recruiting, improve efficiency, and reduce bottlenecks.
- Keep up with market trends and implement best practices for talent acquisition.
Additional duties may be assigned and required as needs arise to assure goals and clients' expectations are met.
The company’s expectations of the Talent Acquisition Team Lead are:
- 5 years of corporate or RPO recruitment experience
- 3-5 years of leadership experience, ideally managing or mentoring recruiters.
- Proven ability to partner with business leaders and influence hiring strategies.
- Understanding of employment laws, compliance, and recruiting best practices (EEO, OFCCP, GDPR, etc.).
- Committing to learning recruitment and People Science way
- Working diligently towards meeting all goals and deliverables assigned
- Always acting in the best interest of the company as a whole
- Protecting the client brand, client expectation and client service
- Treating all coworkers, candidates, clients and vendors with respect and empathy at all times
This is a full time, remote position. Laptop and phone service is provided.
