Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization focused on expanding access to computer science and artificial intelligence education in K–12 schools, is seeking a Recruiting Operations professional to join their Talent Acquisition team on a temporary, full-time basis. This assignment is expected to go from June 2025 to October 2025.

What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate interviews across time zones with efficiency and care
- Communicate professionally and empathetically with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Ensure meticulous data accuracy and consistency in the ATS (Greenhouse)
- Support technical and leadership-level hiring from kickoff to offer acceptance
- Source candidates and manage candidate pipelines
- Prepare offer letters and conduct reference checks
- Use Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) to manage and streamline processes
- Partner closely with hiring managers and the Talent team to keep recruiting moving smoothly
What You Bring:
- 5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or HR support
- A track record of supporting technical and senior-level searches
- High proficiency with Greenhouse (ATS) and Google Workspace
- Stellar organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- A proactive and independent work style
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Passion for educational equity and mission-driven work

- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Must reside and work within the United States
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
