What are the responsibilities and job description for the Welder position at People Science?
Our client, a prestigious AS9100 certified company with over 65 years of industry leadership and innovation. Our commitment to excellence has been the cornerstone of our success, and we’re looking for skilled Aluminum Welders to become part of our dedicated team.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Perform high-quality aluminum welding using MIG and TIG techniques.
- Read and interpret blueprints with precision to ensure accurate welds and adherence to specifications.
- A safety focused mindset adhering to safety policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of aluminum welding experience with a strong focus on aluminum. Minimum of 1 year fabricating from blueprints. Experience welding to AWS D17.1 & D1.2 Aluminum standards.
- Skills: Expertise in aluminum MIG and TIG welding with a proven ability to pass certification tests.
- Blueprint Knowledge: Proficient understanding of blueprints to deliver precise and accurate welding.
Upon on-site interview, you will be tested on the following:
- Aluminum 2G and 3G .090 square groove GMAW
