People Source OKC is partnering with a reputable non-profit to find an experienced Carpenter Foreman Assessor for a temp-to-hire position. Start at $19.96 / hour with the potential for long-term employment after 90 days ! Qualifications : ? 3 years of carpentry experience
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
- Ability to pass a background check & drug screening (OMMA card not accepted) Key Responsibilities : ? Conducts home assessments to determine necessary emergency repairs.
- Tracks and manages total funds utilized and available per client.
- Works with staff to measure roofs and determine required materials.
- Maintains an up-to-date record of all client data, repairs, and emergency levels, providing weekly status updates to the supervisor.
- Prepares and processes purchase orders while ensuring the completion and inspection of emergency home repairs.
- Maintains material safety data sheets for all utilized products in the office and vehicles.
- Supervises the operation, maintenance, and proper usage of tools and equipment.
- Prepares cost estimates and specifications for contract services, ensuring accurate fund tracking per home.
