Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Hourly Rate : $20 / hour About People Source OKC
People Source OKC is looking to hire experienced customer service and administrative support personnel. This role provides essential support to our clients, with a strategic focus on driving company revenue. The position requires a motivated, outgoing individual eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. After 90 days, this role will transition to a permanent position. Key Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring with a positive and professional attitude.
- Follow up on management’s email correspondence until project completion.
- Resolve inquiries promptly, accurately, and professionally.
- Promote company products in each interaction (via phone and email).
- Match orders to invoices and ensure backordered items ship on time.
- Track commission payments to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Participate in trade shows a minimum of three (3) times per year, each requiring one (1) week out of town.
- Convert leads into solid orders and long-term customers.
- Utilize sales software to manage and track work volume.
- Generate and manipulate data using Excel formulas for reporting.
- Travel within the Oklahoma City Metro to work one-on-one with clients as needed.
- Represent Real Time Products with a clean, professional appearance.
- Assist other departments as needed.
