People Source Staffing is seeking an experienced Driver Dispatcher in Burleson, TX to join our team. The Ideal Candidate will be proficient in DOT regulations, Possess strong communication skills & complete assigned tasks in an efficient and effective manner with minimum Supervision & live close to the Burleson, TX Area.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure drivers are dispatched daily to meet customer requirements.
- Coordinate vehicles with terminals to keep trucks loaded and in transit.
- Logistically track trucks for dispatching and routing.
- Continually update new dealers and customers.
- Record work time and deliveries for each driver.
- Data entry of orders submitted by sales representatives from auction sites.
- Participation in weekly on-call rotation via cell phone, to assist drivers / dealers.
- Maintain on-call log during rotation.
- Complete all other duties as assigned.
- Work harmoniously with co-workers. No more than one (1) documented and substantiated complaint in a six (6) month period.
- Conduct self at all times consistent with People Source policies.
- No more than one (I) documented and / or oral complaint in a quarter.
