People Source OKC is seeking a motivated Team Lead with 1–2 years of warehouse supervisor experience who is ready to grow with our company. This position is located in North Oklahoma City and offers a temp-to-hire opportunity after 90 days. Position Details :
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 6 : 00 AM–3 : 30 PM
Pay : $19.25 per hour
Employment Type : Temp-to-hire (eligible after 90 days)
Essential Job Functions :
Direct and oversee the daily tasks of Warehouse Associates.
Ensure proper balance in the pick-to-pack ratio throughout the workday.
Reallocate labor between functions as needed based on operational demands.
Manage the safe unloading of palletized goods from trucks and oversee the restocking of freezers.
Conduct routine inventory counts and quality audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor and track quality and productivity performance metrics.
Requirements :
Experience : 1–2 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (OMMA card not accepted).
