Position : Title Processor
Pay : $20 / hour or DOE
Hours : Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Type : Temp to Hire
Essential Job Functions :
Process, review, and verify title documents for accuracy and compliance with state and legal regulations
Perform title searches to confirm ownership and clear any discrepancies or issues
Maintain and update title records in the system to ensure proper documentation
Work closely with internal departments and clients to resolve any title-related issues
Communicate with clients, agencies, and departments to ensure timely processing and delivery of documents
Assist in preparing and filing title-related documents with the appropriate authorities
Review title reports for completeness and make necessary corrections
Ensure that all documents are processed in a timely and efficient manner, meeting deadlines
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude when dealing with clients and coworkers
Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and confidentiality standards
Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all title transactions and updates
Requirements :
Background check & drug screen required (OMMA card not accepted)
