Overview:
We are looking for a responsible bilingual (English and Spanish) receptionist to perform a variety of clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel/Word, and general office equipment. Ultimately, a successful receptionist should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct calls.
- Organize files.
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
- Maintain contact lists and intake clients.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Provide support to the manager and employees.
- Assist in daily office needs and manage the company's general reception activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
