Job Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced Kronos Consultant to configuration and implementation efforts across key modules like Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, and Absence Management. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design solutions, resolve system challenges, and optimize workforce management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure WFD modules: Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, Absence Management
- Set up pay policies, approvals, business structures, and access profiles
- Support multiple WFD implementations from discovery to go-live
- Build custom reports, dashboards, and data views
- Integrate with systems using Boomi, WIM, or similar tools
- Troubleshoot issues and provide system optimization recommendations
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience with Kronos Workforce Dimensions
- Strong knowledge of WFD configuration and implementation best practices
- Experience with pay rules, advanced scheduling, and accruals setup
- Familiarity with integration tools like Boomi or WIM
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
