Job Title: Microsoft 365 Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our team, supporting and optimizing Microsoft 365 services for our organization. The role involves configuring, managing, and maintaining the Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and other integrated applications. As a Microsoft client-focused position, you will ensure a secure, reliable, and scalable collaboration environment to meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
Manage and Maintain Microsoft 365 Services: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Microsoft 365 platform, ensuring availability, performance, and scalability.
Configuration and Deployment: Configure and implement Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and related services.
User Administration: Manage user accounts, groups, permissions, and licenses through Microsoft 365 Admin Center, PowerShell, and Azure Active Directory.
Security and Compliance: Implement and manage security protocols, data loss prevention policies, and compliance settings to safeguard organizational data.
Collaboration and Integration: Facilitate efficient collaboration by configuring Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive to meet departmental and organizational needs, including integrations with third-party tools.
Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor the health of Microsoft 365 services, identify potential issues, and resolve them promptly.
Support and Training: Provide technical support, resolve end-user issues, and deliver training or documentation for effective use of Microsoft 365 tools.
Updates and Patching: Manage updates and new feature deployments, ensuring minimal disruption to end users.
Data Management: Oversee backup and recovery processes for Microsoft 365 environments and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
2 years of experience in managing Microsoft 365 environments.
Proven track record in configuring and supporting Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Admin Center, PowerShell scripting, and Azure Active Directory.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and identity management.
Knowledge of hybrid configurations and on-premises integrations is a plus.
Certifications: Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Enterprise Administrator Expert) are highly desirable.
