We’re looking for a dynamic Practice Manager who can act as the face of our Microsoft technology practice.
A business-savvy leader who understands technology deeply but thrives in client-facing conversations.
This is not a lead gen or sales role—we already have teams for that. Instead, this person will represent our technical capability to Microsoft and enterprise clients, helping to shape and close deals by positioning our value proposition effectively.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the technology face of People Tech for Microsoft-related engagements.
• Build strong relationships with Microsoft account teams and enterprise clients.
• Participate in pre-sales conversations, presenting tailored Microsoft solutions.
• Collaborate with internal solution architects and delivery leaders to design scalable offerings.
• Help shape proposals and solution narratives to support deal closures.
• Work closely with lead-gen and sales teams to ensure technical alignment with business goals.
• Stay updated on Microsoft’s roadmap and guide internal teams accordingly.
Expectations
• 10 years of experience in Microsoft technologies.
• 5 years in a client-facing or practice leadership role.
• Deep understanding of Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365.
• Excellent communication skills—able to bridge business and technical conversations.
• Experience working with or alongside Microsoft as a partner is highly preferred.
• Strong presentation and strategic thinking abilities
