Title: Kronos Functional Consultant Key Skills: UKG Workforce Central (earlier called Kronos) & UKG Pro WFM (earlier called Dimensions) Location: New Jersey. Duration: Fulltime - W2 Benefits - People Tech Group.
What we are Looking For:
- Strong functional consultant experience with UKG Pro WFM.
- Experience in implementation and migration projects (especially WFC to WFM)
- Deep understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, and labor management modules
- Hands-on experience with integration testing and full testing lifecycle.
- Familiar with WIM, Dell Boomi for integrations
- Experience leading offshore teams and driving meetings with business/IT stakeholders.
- One should have good understanding of UKG Pro WFM modules/building blocks such as timekeeping, pay policies, accruals, GTOR, attendance policies, absence management, scheduling, data views etc.
Role Highlights:
- Lead all functional and testing efforts for the UKG Pro WFM implementation.
- Coordinate and guide the offshore team
- Conduct and support integration testing
