Responsibilities include, but not limited to::
- Data Entry
- Filing
- Project setup
- Enter A/P invoices into accounting system.
- Invoicing – Customer and Vendors
- Vendor setup
- Assist with system configuration related tasks.
- Managing project analytics.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office – skilled in excel
- Strong ethic and ability to work in a team environment
