Position: Operations Support Specialist
Location: MacDill Air Force Base, FL
Clearance Required: Secret
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Communicate, coordinate, and liaise with disparate locations for collection of required information.
- Process information into mandated databases and tracking systems.
- Track casualty movement for visibility of additional support needs.
- Perform operational support activities to meet mission requirements.
- Produce informational products to meet government reporting or briefing needs.
- Perform general office and administrative support functions.
Qualifications
- Possess a current SECRET clearance
- Bachelor's degree in any field or an Associate's Degree in any field with 4 additional years of relevant experience
- 3 years of experience in Microsoft applications (specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook calendar) and Adobe Acrobat
- Effective written and oral communications skills
