Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Program management support for coordinating tasking; developing and maintaining tools, documentation, processes and other resources; performing information and data analysis and reporting.
- Provide NSWCDD Dahlgren Division Subject Matter Experts with guidance, clarification, transactional knowledge, and resolutions to support daily business operations in the areas of Corporate Planning, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), metrics, analysis, Records Management, Forms and Directives, Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Integrated Budget Planning and Execution System (IBPES), NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS), and other business functions.
- Provide project management support throughout program life cycle, from concept development and formulation through initial system design, development, and deployment.
- Provide support for technical assistance, procurement assistance, submitting and processing Information Technology Procurement Requests (ITPRs) in Navy Information Technology Approval System (NAV-ITAS), action item and milestone planning, project tracking, status tracking, training, and planning meeting participation
Qualifications
- Ten (10) years of experience in coordinating, operational research, analysis and management of large organizations including effective use of personnel, finances and assets.
- Experience in top level strategic planning, forecasting, resource allocation, use of analytical methods, and analysis of large data bases.
- Proficient in word processing applications, Microsoft Suite, and automated database system
