PWS Position Title: Training and Development Manager
Location: Remote Work
Clearance Level: Secret

Responsibilities (including, but not limited): 

• Sustain Army Training Readiness Products with focuses on Mission Essential Task Lists (METL).
• Conduct analysis and integration of Army and Joint Training Products.
• Provide support to the execution of the Standards for Training Readiness Advisory Group (STRAG) responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field or a graduate of a military service school equivalent to Command and General Staff College, the Sergeant Majors Academy and/or an Army specific specialty course.
• Rank of Major (O-4) or Master Sergeant (E-8).
• Five (5) year’s general experience in military planning, training, operations, logistics, intelligence, force design/development and capability/training developments.
• Served on the Battalion or Brigade level staff in an operations position.
• Active Secret Clearance
