Quality Assurance Engineer
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at People, Technology and Processes, LLC.
About the Role:
This is a key position that involves reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
- Design, develop and execute automated tests to ensure product quality.
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
- Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.
- Track quality assurance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4 years of experience in testing or quality control of technical systems.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience within the last five years in a similar role.
