What you'll do :
As a Biostatistician , you will play a critical role in advancing our clinical programs by applying statistical expertise to complex biological and clinical data. Your contributions will directly impact data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, cutting-edge biotech environment.
- Provide statistical expertise for clinical study design, data analysis, and interpretation to drive data-driven decisions.
- Develop and review statistical analysis plans (SAPs), programming specifications, and data visualizations to support clinical trials and regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, data science, regulatory, and biometrics teams to ensure high-quality, reproducible results.
- Act as a key contributor for regulatory submissions , including interactions with the FDA and other global health authorities.
- Support real-world data analysis and machine learning-driven insights , integrating traditional biostatistics with an AI-driven approach.
- Mentor junior team members and help maintain best practices for statistical methodologies within the organization.
