The duties that the incumbent of the vacancy will be expected to perform. Duties Description Provide direct supervision and oversight of the Waiver Unit for the Regional Field Office, Region 5.• Provide direct supervision and oversight to all Waiver Unit staff.• Represent OPWDD DDRFO 5 at all waiver denial fair hearings. Point person for all waiver denial family conferences. • Point person for Notice of Decisions as they pertain to the waiver unit for enrollments, denials, terminations, service authorizations and environmental/vehicle modifications.
