Senior Treasury Analyst

The Company is seeking a qualified Senior Treasury Analyst to join our dynamic Treasury Department. The purpose of the Treasury Department is to manage the smooth, efficient, and accurate transfer of funds while ensuring compliance of internal controls. Among a multitude of other functions, the team is responsible for resolving issues, researching transactions, reviewing positive pay, and managing client receivables.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and analytical, while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. They will monitor cash receipts and process ACH transactions for hundreds of clients daily. The Senior Treasury Analyst should be a self-starter, with good communication skills and can function as a remote employee in a distributed work team. They should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, be a fast learner, and have a can do attitude to support the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures timely application of payments from clients by tracking incoming wires.
• Reviews and resolves payroll/client escalations.
• Daily monitoring of bank accounts for cash management.
• Prepares daily, monthly, and/or quarterly reporting.
• Addresses and researches inquiries sent to the Treasury inbox.
• Develops and implements Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance across all entities.
• Processes or approves ACH, drawdowns, and Check Positive Exceptions.
• Escalates any delayed payroll files and works with banks on root cause analysis.
• Analyzes and resolves discrepancies between company and bank records by following up on incorrect items and escalating any exceptions.
• Assists and facilitates training for the entire team.
• Verifies ACH uploads done by treasury analysts for accuracy and timely processing.
• Serves as back up to treasury analysts, treasury lead, and treasury customer relations manager.
• Review and monitor accounts receivable while coordinating follow ups with clients.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
• Financial and mathematical aptitude. 
• Other duties and projects to assist the finance department as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• A minimum of 3-4 years of total work experience with similar job duties required
• Strong Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and analyzing large amounts of data required
• PrismHR knowledge and experience highly desired
• PEO experience highly desired
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles to include General Ledger reconciliations.
• General understanding of NACHA process regulations
• Highly organized and detailed oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment a must
• Proficient in data entry and analytics 
• PowerBI knowledge strongly desired

This position will be working primarily indoors and some of the time in an outdoor environment. From this movement, the employee will encounter varying temperatures. The normal auto and air travel hazards will apply.
