Position Overview :
As a Business Analyst at the company you will play a pivotal role in its planning and analysis processes. You will be responsible for consulting with business stakeholders to gather and confirm requirements, analyzing information to develop solutions, and ensuring that business needs are met effectively. Your expertise in SAP (Finance / Inventory) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) will be critical in optimizing our supply chain and financial operations, driving improved user experiences and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Requirement Gathering : Consult and liaise with business stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirements.
- Analysis and Solution Development : Analyze and consolidate information to develop solutions that ensure business requirements are achieved.
- Process Mapping : Map current and future business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- SAP & WMS Implementation Support : Provide expertise in SAP (Finance / Inventory) and WMS to optimize supply chain and financial workflows.
- Stakeholder Partnership : Partner with key stakeholders to identify how business requirements can be delivered to enhance user experiences and reduce costs and time.
- Change Management Support : Provide expert support to stakeholders in managing system and process changes.
- Documentation : Produce documented business requirement use cases.
- Testing Support : Collaborate with business users to create UAT test cases and success criteria for solutions and enhancements, ensuring functional requirements are met.
- Prioritization Facilitation : Facilitate the prioritization of business requests with users on competing requirements.
- Roadmap Participation : Participate in and document long-term business system roadmap discussions.
- Vendor Interaction : Interact with third-party vendors and developers where appropriate.
