Job Description: Contract Desktop Support Analyst | $28-$32/hour

• Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 remote)
• Pay Rate: $28-$32/hour (Contract)
• Start Date: Immediate

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for helping others? We’re looking for a Contract Desktop Support Analyst to provide top-notch support for end users in a dynamic hybrid work environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues (both remote and on-site).
• Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices and applications.
• Document technical procedures and assist in IT process improvements.
• Support disaster recovery efforts and hardware procurement recommendations.
