The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Infor M3 Customer Order Management (COM) and a strong background leading functional design and configuration efforts across the sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Sales Workstream for the Infor M3 implementation
- Design and document end-to-end processes related to Customer Order Management
- Configure Infor M3 to align with business needs and functional design
- Develop functional specifications for development and integrations
- Partner with QA teams to define and execute system and user acceptance testing
- Support data migration, training, and go-live planning/execution
- Provide ongoing issue resolution and post-go-live stabilization support
- 7 years of ERP experience, with strong functional expertise in Infor M3
- Proven success implementing and configuring Customer Order Management modules
- Experience leading cross-functional workstreams, preferably in complex enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and sales lifecycle operations
- Prior experience in full-cycle Infor M3 implementations
- Background in manufacturing, distribution, or similar industries a plus
Salary : $75 - $85
