Jr.to MId-Level Analyst / Brand Analyst and Marketing

Title: Analyst, Brand Health & Strategy

Must be local to Chicago

2 to 3 days onsite per week

$43 - $47 / HR

Purpose

Support the Director, Brand Health & Strategy in managing operational tasks, ensuring efficient communication, and driving the success of Accountability programs. This role is instrumental in maintaining brand consistency, responding to critical needs, and providing administrative and operational support. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain experience in brand health, strategy, and operational coordination within the hospitality industry.

Position Responsibilities

This entry-level position supports existing Accountability programs and contributes to maintaining operational excellence. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Tier Response Coordination

• Coordinate and facilitate Level 1 and Level 2 tier response activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and established protocols.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, design) and external stakeholders (e.g., contractors, vendors) to address and resolve tier-related issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
  
  

Administrative and Communication Support

• Oversee and organize the team's generic mailbox, ensuring inquiries and requests are addressed promptly and escalated as necessary.
• Manage schedules, track project progress, and prepare materials for presentations or meetings in support of the Brand Health & Strategy team.
• Assist with incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and correspondence, to ensure smooth operations.
  
  

Reporting and Data Management

• Assist with reporting tasks, such as data entry, tracking key performance metrics, and preparing summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
• Review and ensure reports are accurate, complete, and submitted within established deadlines.
  
  

Team and Process Support

• Provide support for miscellaneous tasks as needed to assist the Design Services team, coordination of generic mailbox, addressing ad hoc requests, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the team’s operations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and suggest improvements to enhance team efficiency.
• Ensure all activities align with company standards, procedures, and brand guidelines.
  
  

Experience And Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• High School or equivalent
• Hospitality experience is preferred
• Eagerness to learn about business operations, data quality, and the hospitality industry.
  
  

Skills And Competencies

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service skills, including the ability to address inquiries professionally and efficiently.
