- Ability to travel extensively (on-site visits typically last one week per plant)
- Strong organizational skills—must be highly efficient in fast-paced audit environments
- Leadership experience—ability to guide and collaborate with teams
- Heavy Excel experience—data analysis, reconciliation, and audit-related functions
- CIA certification is helpful but not required
- Experience with large-scale manufacturing environments is a plus
