New graduates are welcome, with a 12-week mentorship program available. The PT provides direct rehab care per physician referral, adhering to laws and standards.

  • Education: Accredited physical therapy program graduate (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT).
  • Licensure: Active state license required.
  • Experience: Preferred one year in post-acute care.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, patient communication, and teamwork.
  • Responsibilities: Follow treatment plans, set goals, oversee care, and maintain confidentiality.
