Role Overview
Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this role will work onsite, serving as a trusted partner to senior investment bankers and to drive new client engagement from Healthcare, Technology, and Business Services companies who are interested in selling their business or raising capital.

What You’ll Do
- Identify and engage potential clients through thorough market research, networking, the development of targeted prospect lists, and targeted outreach utilizing industry-specific prospecting strategies.
- Partner with your industry-specific senior banker to drive business development efforts, building and advancing a qualified pipeline through targeted outreach and strategic sales support.
- Develop and nurture strategic, meaningful, and long-term relationships with business owners, executives, and investors, ensuring continued engagement
- Qualify leads, schedule meetings and contribute to new business development calls as a trusted partner alongside your assigned senior banker.
- Maintain detailed records and impeccable CRM hygiene with prospect interactions and pipeline progress.
- Keep a keen eye on market trends and best practices, continuously suggesting improvement to outreach strategy, and internal processes and systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred and equivalent professional experience considered.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, financial services, or related roles.
- Experience with CRM, prospecting, and research tools required; DealCloud, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, Seamless.ai, SourceScrub, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and/or PitchBook experience is a plus.
