Position Overview

What’s it like being a Marketing Coordinator - Associate (X) with PeopleSprout?

As a Sprout Team Marketing Associate, you’re responsible for planning and implementing marketing and advertising activities for our client’s and sister brand, PeopleLift. You understand the extensive details of marketing and are familiar with ways to analyze market research and customers' behavior. You’d help create and schedule content across social channels, implement paid social campaigns, collect data, forecast trends, and guarantee customer satisfaction.

Strong Knowledge of:

• Copywriting for Social Media
• Content Creation and Graphic Design (Adobe Suite and Canva)
• Video Editing for Social Media
• Designing Marketing Campaigns - Brand Awareness & Lead Generating
• Marketing Analytics Reporting
• Operating with G Suite and Google Drive

Ability to:

• Demonstrate a successful track record of managing complex client needs
• Collaborate with corporate leadership to create a strong go-to-market strategy
• Prioritize and accomplish a daily task load – solid technical experience enabling independent performance
• Adapt to new environments and become productive quickly – able to work independently and excel in a fast-paced environment where changing priorities are commonplace
• Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills necessary to quickly assess emergent engagement needs to quickly and effectively resolve issues
• Stay organized with multiple tasks and client needs as they arise
• Communicate exceptionally both in written and oral format to build rapport with customers and work associates – comfortable communicating, negotiating, and interacting with individuals at all levels within an organization

Required Experience:

• Marketing or Design related degree or experience equivalent
• 1 years of Staffing, Recruiting, or Consulting industry experience
• 2 years of Marketing Coordinator Experience
• Experience understanding multiple client brands in Technology, Construction, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain industries
