Distribution Driver
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent logistics company in the Lafayette, IN area, is seeking vehicle inspectors to join their team! This is a climate-controlled facility offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing!
Distribution Driver Job Summary :
Pay : $ 17 an hour
Shifts Available :
2nd Shift : 2 : 00 PM to 10 : 00 PM Mon - Fri
3rd Shift : 10 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 AM Sun - Thurs
Drive units to and from SIA and WWL facilities as necessary
May locate and identify misplaced units
Verifies that label matches VIN plate and work order
Adheres to all safety and vehicle damage prevention procedures, including speed limits, uniform and PPE requirements
Work in all weather conditions; extreme hot and cold, rain, snow, etc
Distributio n Driver Qualifications :
Must possess valid US driver's license and a good driving record
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to read and interpret detailed technical directions
Must have been in current position for at least 6 months to be considered for transfer
Must be willing to adhere to daily overtime requirements
