Peoplelink Staffing has partnered with a leader in waste management within a vehicle manufacturing facility in Ladson, SC. We are currently looking for Forklift Operators to join our team.

Forklift Operator Job Summary :

  • 1 st shift 5 : 45am - 2 : 30pm M-F
  • 3 rd shift 9 : 45pm - 6 : 30am Tues-Sun
  • Overtime required as needed
  • 15.00 - $16.00 / hr
  • Temp to HIRE
  • Great opportunity to get your foot in the door

Forklift Operator Duties :

  • Move product and materials using a forklift, pallet jack, or dock loader
  • Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, etc, to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed
  • Records amount of materials or items received and distributed
  • Maintains equipment in safe and clean matter
  • Follow all safety rules, operating instructions, and company procedures

    • Forklift Qualifications :

  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be able to stand and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
  • At all times, wear appropriate PPE
  • Able to read and follow work orders and safety instructions
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years forklift experience
