Maintenance Associate
Peoplelink Staffing , in partnership with a prominent manufacturer in Columbia City, IN, is seeking a Maintenance Associate to join their team! Maintenance Associate Job Summary :
- Pay : $23-$27 an hour $1.25 shift premium
- Shift : 3 rd Shift Position 11p-7a
- Training Schedule :
- First month of training will be on 1 st shift : 7a-3p
- Two weeks of training will be on 2 nd shift : 3p-11p
- Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical and electrical maintenance including repairs to equipment and upkeep of plant facilities. Perform basic quality checks on finished product
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Performs routine lubrication, care, and cleaning and preventive maintenance of facilities and production equipment.
- Removes defective parts by dismantling devices, using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools
Maintenance Associate Qualifications :
Will consider equivalent additional years of industrial maintenance experience including knowledge in electrical, mechanical hydraulics and pneumatics with skilled trade certification or license in lieu of degree.
