Our client is seeking Production Operators to support manufacturing operations. This role involves handling, processing, and preparing parts for coating applications while ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are met. Responsibilities Follow work orders and company processes for handling and processing materials. Prepare parts for coatings (blasting, power washing, polishing, masking, grinding, etc.). Operate basic tools and equipment while maintaining quality control. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace. Comply with OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies. Assist in other departments as needed during downtime. Act as a backup driver for the Shipping & Receiving department. Requirements U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident (Green Card) required. High school diploma or GED. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Basic computer skills. Comfortable using hand tools and equipment. Willing to work any shift and overtime as needed. Ability to reprioritize tasks based on supervisor direction. Forklift and overhead crane experience is a plus.
