T41 Production Assemblers

Job Title : T41 Production Associate

Pay : $17 / hr.

Shift : 7 : 00-3 : 30

Job Description : We are needing associates to fill assembly lines and / or repack positions. This

means that you may be working on an assembly line building air compressors, working in our

repack area building boxes and packaging air compressors, or working in an area where you

put the air compressor in large black plastic trays to ship to customers.

1.PPE(Personal Protective Equipment) Required :

Safety Shoes (ansi rated, slip resistant, closed heel & toe, steel or composite toe)

Safety Glasses-Valeo provides

Safety Vest-Valeo provides

Hair Pulled Back if below collar

Face Mask-Valeo provides

Face Shield-Valeo provides

2.Overtime :

Yes. Could be in the a.m. or p.m., or even Saturday.

3.Safety Conscious :

Associates are required to follow and adhere to all Safety rules.

4.Job requirements in regards to physical movement :

Associate must be able to lift 15-30 pounds(average being 20pounds)

Bending

Fast Paced

Some positions are stationary, some you will move around

Must be able to multitask (Do paperwork and keep count as you work)

Show respect of product.

6.Requires basic math skills

Adding

Subtraction

Multiplying

Basic division

7.Teamwork :

Work well with others in groups. Communicate with other coworkers, work in small

areas, have positive attitudes, focus on assigned job tasks.

8.Paperwork : Must be able to read and write, and complete daily paperwork.

9.Must be flexible : cross -train and learn different jobs.

10.Attendance : very important. Must report to work on time.
