Reach Truck/Forklift Operator
Location: Rochelle, IL
Job Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Schedule may vary, with a minimum of 4-5 hours per day)
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Reach Truck/Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of prior experience operating a reach truck or forklift, be comfortable communicating in English, and be dedicated to working long-term in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a reach truck/forklift safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport materials and products within the warehouse.
• Ensure accurate placement and organization of goods in assigned locations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
• Perform daily equipment checks and report any malfunctions or safety concerns to management.
• Collaborate with other warehouse staff to meet production and shipping deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines for operating equipment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience operating a reach truck or forklift.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail and safety standards.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, with a minimum of 4-5 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
