Assembly

Key Responsibilities:

• Precision Soldering: Perform precise soldering on electronic components and assemblies using various techniques including hand soldering and reflow soldering.

• Assembly and Inspection: Assemble electronic products and perform detailed inspections to ensure all solder joints meet quality standards and specifications.

• Technical Expertise: Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions to accurately complete soldering tasks.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot soldering defects, component issues, and other problems, implementing corrective actions as needed.

• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and calibrate soldering equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

• Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality control processes, conducting thorough inspections and tests to ensure products meet industry and company standards.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of soldering processes, inspections, and any issues encountered to support continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in soldering electronic components, preferably in a manufacturing or assembly environment.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in soldering techniques and use of related tools and equipment. Experience with SMT (Surface-Mount Technology) and through-hole soldering is a plus.

• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, defect-free work.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in electronics or soldering is advantageous.

• Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve soldering issues.

• Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
