Key Responsibilities:
- Precision Soldering: Perform precise soldering on electronic components and assemblies using various techniques including hand soldering and reflow soldering.
- Assembly and Inspection: Assemble electronic products and perform detailed inspections to ensure all solder joints meet quality standards and specifications.
- Technical Expertise: Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions to accurately complete soldering tasks.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot soldering defects, component issues, and other problems, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and calibrate soldering equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality control processes, conducting thorough inspections and tests to ensure products meet industry and company standards.

Qualifications:
