Bolt and Nut Former

Peoplelink Staffing has partnered with a prominent client in Berne Indiana hiring for a Nut and Bolt Former
Hours: 2nd Shift Available: 3:00PM - 11:30PM

Pay: 18.00-20.00$
Compensation: Competitive wage based on job experience and knowledge. Additional $1.50 shift premium on 2nd & 3rd Shifts along with attendance and quality bonuses.
Crucial Duties and Responsibilities:

• Setup and operates single and /or multiple cold heading machines to produce quality products of any complexity
• Plan and perform close tolerance setups with little or no assistance
• Use scales, micrometers, dial indicators and fixed gages to check and gage work
• Start machine, observes operation, and inspects first run and sample work piece to ensure machining conforms to specifications
• Work with engineering and/or maintenance to resolve specific machines, tooling, setup problems that may arise

Requirements:

• Three years maintenance experience in both electrical and mechanical areas
• Ability so show on the floor trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Proactive, team working, time management and attention to detail
