Compensation : $60k-$70k with commission

Schedule : Remote / Hybrid, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM w / travel up to 60%

How You'll Do It

You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers at Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive manufacturing suppliers. Your goal will be to understand their unique needs, present our products / services effectively, and negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships.

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.
• Both a hunting and farming mentality when it comes to clients and customers.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.
• Analyzing market trends and competition to inform strategic decision-making.
• Creating and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Physical Requirements : To successfully perform the duties of this job, the staff associate is required to have the ability and skills sufficient to drive a motor vehicle 60-75% of the time, to visit other office locations, prospects or new clients. In addition, the staff associate must have the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and manipulate light to medium weights of 10 - 50 pounds. Requires good hand / eye coordination, arm / hand / finger dexterity including the ability grasp and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate office equipment and read and write the application information. The staff associate is frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.
