Compensation : $60k-$70k commissionSchedule : Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. Hybrid with field time.How You'll Do It : As a Sales Executive, you will be a key contributor to our organization's success by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. You will play a vital role in fostering relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique staffing needs, and presenting them with tailored solutions. Your expertise and persuasive communication skills will enable you to showcase the value of our services and the benefits of partnering with our staffing company. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth trajectory while earning rewarding incentives for your achievements.Define branch sales objectives and create a plan with the Area Manager and / or VPDetermine and map activities on target accountsSet strategies for business growth in sales, gross margin, and profitabilityExpand client base by performing cold calls in person / over the phoneCompletion of win-win selling and aligning to the organizations sales methodologyDevelop and provide solution-based options to clients by following the Counselor Sales Process (CSP)Effective use of PPP and Discovery Agreements in the sales processCoordinate and conduct presentation / sales activity by advocating solutions that address customer's desired stateNegotiate pricing while maintaining a minimum Gross Profit expectationAll other duties as assignedWhat You'll Bring : This is an experienced hire role, and you'll need to bring 1-3 years of verifiable sales and business development experience in the staffing industry. Physical Requirements : To successfully perform the duties of this job, the staff associate is required to have the ability and skills sufficient to drive a motor vehicle 60-75% of the time, to visit other office locations, prospects or new clients.
