The Customer Service Representative provides administrative support functions to the customer service call center, account managers, and management with exceptional customer service to all Dexter customers. The ideal candidate would have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as be adaptive to working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

The Customer Service Representative provides administrative support functions to the customer service call center, account managers, and management with exceptional customer service to all Dexter customers. The ideal candidate would have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as be adaptive to working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Respond to requests from customers by phone or e-mail and manages their daily workload to ensure required service volume and quality levels are attained, in a high transactional environment.
- Receives and processes orders, providing information concerning changes in pricing, service, and shipping.
- Resolve difficult calls and situations as necessary.
- Identifies opportunities for operational improvements and helps create solutions.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints or special orders.
- Refers complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
- Prepares cash log and submits checks to corporate banking institute.
- Contributes to the development of processes and procedures.
- Performs other tasks or duties as assigned.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Demonstrated understanding of providing exceptional customer service.
- Must have experience with ERP software or equivalent.
- Be safety conscious and work well with others and individually.
- Strong organizational skills. High attention to detail; ability to deliver high quality, timely, and accurate work.
- Ability to please customers and solve their problems
- while still making the best decisions for the company.
