Entry Level Wood Worker

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for woodworking, strong technical skills, and experience in crafting, assembling, and installing custom cabinets.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials to create cabinets and furniture.
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Sand, stain, and finish cabinets as needed.
• Install cabinets and ensure proper fit and alignment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a cabinet maker, woodworker, or carpenter.
• Proficiency in using woodworking tools and machinery.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CNC machines and modern woodworking technology.
• Knowledge of different wood types and finishes.
• Valid driver’s license for job site installations.
