1st Shift Warehouse Manager

PeopleLink Staffing Solutions is partnering with a well-established client in Troy, Michigan within the automotive industry, who is looking for a Direct Hire 1st Shift Warehouse Manager.

Pay : $65,000 annually, based on experience.

Shift : 1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed.

MUST HAVES : Previous experience working for an automotive fastener company with engine vehicles, ability to speak, read, write and understand Korean and English language.

Responsibilities :

• Create daily production reports and summaries.
• Gather necessary data for accurate and comprehensive reports.
• Attend regular production meetings to discuss material flow, personnel issues, and potential improvements.
• Oversee warehouse staff to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks in adherence to company guidelines.
• Order and manage warehouse supplies for day-to-day operations while maintaining a set budget.
• Monitor and document parts with quality issues (internal or external).
• Ensure resolution of quality concerns.
• Oversee shipments, audits, and packaging processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Contact external vendors to track parts as needed for production.
• Assist with sorting, packaging, and quality control efforts.
• Support re-sorting of parts with quality issues.
• Load and unload trucks as needed to support operations.
• Operate and maintain Hi-Lo equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.

2nd Shift Warehouse Manager Qualifications :

MUST HAVE previous experience working for an automotive fastener company with engine vehicles.

MUST HAVE the ability to speak, read, write and understand the Korean and English language.
