Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a prominent flour manufacturer in the Carthage, Mo area, we are seeking general utility workers and plant laborers to join their team!
General Utility Job Summary:
- Pay: $16 to $17 an hour
- Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 7:30 am to 3:30 pm
- Monday thru Friday some overtime mandatory
- Attend safety training sessions and be able to pass associated test for job duty requirements
- Maintain inspection records and complete work orders
- Meet production goals
- Adhere to proper production processes
- Follow all safety and machine safety guidelines to maintain a zero injury culture
General Utility Qualifications:
- Musty have steel toe boots with a 6 inch/above ankle top
- Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed
- Must be able to stand, walk and utilize stairs/ladders for long periods of time, the ability to work in confined dusty spaces and heights is a must.
- Must be able to lift up-to 50 lbs. repeatedly
- Exhibit a professional image, maintain a positive and respectful attitude
