Key Responsibilities:
o Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintaining cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, and grounds.
o Minor Repairs: Assisting with basic repairs, such as changing light bulbs, minor plumbing fixes, and other upkeep tasks.
o Grounds Keeping: Maintaining lawns, landscaping, and ensuring a tidy exterior.
o Supply Management: Taking inventory of supplies, placing reorder requests, and ensuring stock levels are adequate.
o Event Support: Assisting with setting up and tearing down meeting rooms or event spaces.
o Record Keeping: Maintaining records of maintenance activities, vendor contracts, and facility inspections.
o Communication: Acting as a point of contact for facility-related inquiries and reporting issues to the Facilities Manager.
o Safety: Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and practices within the facility.
o Other Duties: Performing other tasks as assigned by the Facilities Manager, which may vary depending on the specific needs of the organization.
Qualifications:
o High school diploma or equivalent.
o Some experience in cleaning and maintenance.
o Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
