Schedule : Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM, office and local travel
Compensation : $80k-$95k commission
How You'll Do It
As a Market Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and growing our branch by driving sales, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the successful placement of candidates. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, managing a team of recruiters, and achieving revenue targets through sales efforts.
- Direct branch sales objectives by utilizing selling methodologies, develop pricing models / proposals, and develop customer service models
- Develop and / or lead training to enhance skill level of recruiting teams
- Provide ongoing training and development, coaching, one on one, and team-building for staff
- Follow up clients on regular basis, educate clients / staff on industry trends, and develop / provide solution-based options to clients
- Command of the budget process and execution of the branch budget
- Perform ongoing formal and informal performance measurement and management to drive accountability with direct reports as well as review and recommend compensation adjustments
- Enforce staff compliance of all employment laws (EEOC, ADA, Worker's Comp., Unemployment)
- Be able to work flexible hours and be on-call, when necessary
- All other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
