Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is hiring pavement technicians in the Joelton, TN area. Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including days, evenings, and nights. Preferably looking for candidates with line stripping and/or painting experience. Candidates will help line stripe parking lots for varying companies. Gret growth opportunity.


Pavement Technicians Summary:

• $19 per hour
• Part-time starting off
• Schedule is flexible. Days, evenings, and nights
• Start as a Pavement Technician I. Growth path from there is Pavement Technician II and Pavement Technician III. Incremental pay increases.

Pavement Technician Responsibilities:

• Pavement technician will be using paint to line stripe varying parking lots.
• Pavement technician will aid supervisor with additional duties such as set up, cleaning, and power washing.
• Pavement technician will work outside in the elements.
• Pavement technician will report to direct supervisor.
• Pavement technician will follow all safety guidelines and protocols.

Pavement Technician Requirements:

• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule.
• Prefer prior line stripping/painting experience.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, twist, lift for a majority of shift.
• Must have great communication skills.
